This historic 1857 federal brick house on Kingwood's Main Street has been offering lodging and fine dining in Preston County for almost 70 years. The addition at the back of the house includes a full size Commercial kitchen serving 3 dining rooms. The tradition of excellent food and service continues with an extensive menu for private group functions, parties and receptions . From the Dining Room, open double french doors to the large Dining Porch and arbor offering warm weather Hospitality in a gracious setting. Guests can enjoy an extensive menu in a group function or special occasion dining in the historic house. On the second floor of the addition, the Inn offers four suite/rooms and four guestrooms all with central air/heating, cable television, telephones and private baths. There is a comfortably furnished screened-in porch adjacent to the guest rooms for overnight guest use. Coffee and Tea is complementary every morning. Ice, Irons and ironing boards, and anything you may have forgotten are available from the Innkeepers who reside on the property.
