Old Carriage House
Built in 1895, The Old Carriage House B&B is located in the historical district of Parkersburg, WV. The home is full of antiques and has kept the charm of the Victorian era of the early 1900's. The original carriage house is still a part of the property. This carriage house was a home of Joseph Diss Debar. Joseph Debar designed the state seal of West Virginia.

3 rooms, all w/queen poster beds + one w/Jacuzzi in a three-story brick Colonial built c.1895 and furnished in a traditional style w/turn-of-the-century antiques and oriental rugs. In the Julia-Ann Square Historic District of Parkersburg. European-style courtyard w/table + chairs, gardens & historic carriage house.
